Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Melo Trading Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Eligibility Applicants must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Affiliate Responsibilities As an affiliate, you agree to: Promote our products/services in a truthful and ethical manner. Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or false advertising. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Avoid spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal promotional methods.
Commission Structure Affiliates will earn a commission of 5% per successful sale generated through their unique referral link. A “successful sale” is defined as a completed purchase that is not refunded, cancelled, or disputed. Commission rates may be updated at any time with notice.
Payment Terms Payments will be made monthly. Minimum payout threshold: R100. Payments will be made via EFT. Any transaction fees may be deducted from payouts where applicable.
Referral Tracking Sales are tracked using unique affiliate links or codes. We are not responsible for lost commissions due to tracking issues, incorrect links, or technical errors beyond our control.
Referrals will be valid for 30 days since a visitor accessed the site via an affiliate link, for which a suggested referral will be valid. If a visitor comes to our site via an affiliate link, a suggested referral will be valid until 30 days after she or he clicked that affiliate link.
Affiliates do not earn a commission on a transaction that involves the affiliate as a customer or lead.
Prohibited Activities Affiliates may NOT: Use spam or unsolicited communications. Misrepresent our brand or products. Bid on our brand name in paid advertising without permission. Use fraudulent methods to generate commissions. Promote illegal, harmful, or offensive content. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
Intellectual Property Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by us. You may not modify logos, branding, or messaging without permission. All intellectual property remains the property of Melo Trading.
Termination Either party may terminate participation at any time with or without notice. Upon termination, affiliates must stop using all promotional materials immediately. Outstanding eligible commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule.
Limitation of Liability We are not liable for: Indirect or consequential damages. Loss of profits, revenue, or data. Technical issues affecting tracking or sales.
Modification of Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
